About Me

I do not write to project an image or out of an urgency to persuade. I write to bring order to ideas, explore principles, and leave a record of a way of understanding life, work, and knowledge.

I am an entrepreneur working in the technology sector in Valle del Cauca, Colombia. I currently lead Monbu, a technology company where everyday work—planning, execution, and responsibility—is not merely a means of earning a living, but an exercise in inner development. I regard work well done as a discipline, and the enterprise as a space where action can acquire transcendent meaning.

My interests lie in science, technology, and knowledge as instruments of civilization. I do not regard them as ends in themselves, but as means through which human beings can improve their material conditions and create the space necessary for something higher: reflection, virtue, and the pursuit of truth.

I conceive of life on Earth as a ritual passage. Not as a final destination, but as a stage of preparation. Every effort, every trial, and every achievement has value insofar as it contributes to self-transcendence and union with the divine.

My approach to spirituality is neither aesthetic nor recreational. I am drawn to yoga as a universal philosophy, particularly its four classical paths: Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Jñāna Yoga, and Rāja Yoga. Among them, Karma Yoga holds a central place, as it offers a path particularly accessible to modern humanity: the spiritualization of action and work.

From this perspective, work is not a distraction from the spiritual, but one of its most demanding expressions. Service, responsibility, and conscious dedication transform everyday action into an inner practice. In this sense, material achievement is not an ultimate end, but a means. Capital, enterprise, and organization are tools: useful, necessary, and always subordinate to a higher purpose.

I understand economic systems—including capitalism—as social technologies. Not as salvation or dogma, but as instruments that, when properly directed, can create order, abundance, and room for human development. Wealth, when made an absolute, becomes a chain; when properly ordered, it frees time, energy, and the capacity to assume responsibility.

Everything I do—work, study, and writing—arises from the same impulse: inner liberation. I work to improve living conditions, not to rest in material illusion, but to transcend it. The ultimate aim is not accumulation, but clarity; not success, but self-transcendence.

This website exists as a space for thought and an archive of ideas. It does not seek allegiance or immediate approval. It is open to those who read patiently and seek, beyond the surface, an honest dialogue between action, knowledge, and spirit.

Freedom is a central principle in this pursuit. I consider it indispensable to both personal and social progress. As Captain Kirk puts it in Star Trek: The Original Series: “Without freedom of choice there is no creativity, and without creativity there is no life.”

I do not seek to argue or impose ideas. I seek only the freedom to express myself and, through the very act of free expression, to liberate myself.
